ABOUT

Mission Statement

Live and Learn Therapy aims at cultivating independence and engagement in the day-to-day lives of children, teens, young adults, their families, and community members. We practice traditional occupational therapy through the use of advanced protocols, specialized skill development, and enabling functional independence (in the areas of fine and gross motor, visual perceptual, sensory processing, self-care and social interaction). As equally important, we also employ alternative methods to develop your child’s confidence and self-awareness. Our therapists tailor fit treatment plans to help each individual discover their own gifts and reach personal goals leading to life-long empowerment and satisfaction.

Our company promotes equal and fair access to therapeutic services to people of diverse backgrounds regardless of income status, racial/ethnic background, disability status, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation.

Live. Learn. Work. Play. Using perseverance, empowerment, and love to turn limitations into possibilities.
